Year 4s enjoy outdoor learning with their mums

Our Year 4 students and their mothers recently enjoyed a memorable weekend during their recent Year 4 Mother-Daughter Camp.

This special experience offered students and their mums a first glimpse into the beauty and tranquility of St Mary’s at Metricup: The Lady Treatt Centre for Learning and Leadership, our outdoor learning campus located in the heart of the Margaret River region.

Throughout the weekend, mothers and daughters participated in enriching activities that fostered deep connections.

A highlight was when the girls read letters to their mums, sharing their appreciation, hopes, and dreams. Together, they explored the scenic surroundings, crafted unique mobiles, and expressed their creativity with charcoal sketching.

This weekend at Metricup provided a wonderful opportunity for mothers and daughters to create lasting memories while embracing the spirit of St Mary’s in the heart of nature.
