Earlier today, our Year 9 students were fortunate to hear from guest speaker, James Dale from Apple.
A recipient of four Apple WWDC Scholarship awards, James is the founder of Friday Technologies, an app development studio located in Melbourne.
He is a renowned iOS app developer, who has created apps such as CleanSky and RulAR.
James discussed his career journey, machine learning and advanced technologies, and introduced our students to the Swift Student Challenge, which allows students to showcase their creativity and coding capabilities through app playgrounds and earn real-world skills that they can take into their careers.
This informative session, along with yesterday’s NXplorers Showcase and presentation from BOP Industries’ Scott Millar, will assist students as they transition into their entrepreneurial journeys and prepare to participate in our award-winning Year 10 i3 Program.
