Part-funded Foundation Scholarships
We are fortunate to be able to offer part-funded Foundation scholarships for students in Years 7, 8, 9 and 10, thanks to the generosity of individual donors and our St Mary’s community.
We are looking for girls who are self-aware, adaptable learners who will make the most of the academic and cocurricular opportunities at St Mary’s. These are students who will live our values of courage, respect, aspiration, compassion and integrity.
Our Part-funded Foundation Scholarships include:
- Spirit of St Mary’s Scholarship – in memory of 2021 Head Girl, Sally Hicks
- Annual Giving Scholarship
- Individual donor-funded scholarships
While scholarships do not cover full tuition fees, assistance is generally 50% of fees, or more, depending on a family’s financial situation.
It is intended that the scholarship recipients will hold the scholarship for the duration of her schooling, unless her work or behaviour is not of the standard expected of all students at St Mary’s, in which case the scholarship may be rescinded.
The award does not cover boarding, the extra cost of some subjects, technology, textbooks and stationery, uniforms, musical instruments and tuition, camps and excursions and cocurricular activities.
For details of these costs, please visit www.stmarys.wa.edu.au/fees.
